Jacqueline Gosselin graduated from the École nationale de cirque school and completed a B.A. in dramatic arts at Université du Québec à Montréal. She next upgraded her training through several workshops with Philippe Gaulier in London, Paris and Montreal. As a founding member of DynamO Théâtre, she has been involved as a performer, scriptwriter or director in all of the company’s productions. In 1989, she began taking on the coartistic direction of the company until becoming the company’s artistic director in 2008. She codirected with Robert Dion Lili and Thrice upon a time…, the last of which she also wrote. She also wrote and directed Misstart, a production for stage clowns and directed Ghosts and ladders. She set up and manages the company's ongoing training program. She also teaches clowning at College Lionel-Groulx college.
A graduate of Université du Québec à Montréal bachelor of arts program, an actor, a scriptwriter and a director, Yves Simard performed in many productions with companies such as Carbone 14, Les Deux Mondes, Dulcinée et cie. He also worked as a dramaturg for the Cirque du Soleil Wintuk production in New York City.
For 15 years, he has been working as a director (Les dinosaures ne savent pas lire) and cowriter and puppeteer with the Théâtre de la Dame de Cœur company.
With DynamO Théâtre, he performed in The Challenge, Echoes of the River, Misstart, a production for stage clowns and recently in Ghosts and ladders. He is also working on a new production for the company.
